The program is operated by Fundacja Performat.

The artistic director is Hanna Bylka-Kanecka, and the creative producer is Karolina Wycisk.

In 2025, the fifteenth year of the program, Dancing Families takes place simultaneously at the following venues: the Children’s Art Centre in Poznań (since 2023), the Gdańsk City Culture Institute (since 2023), the Krakow Choreographic Centre at Nowa Huta Cultural Centre (since 2024), and the Inclusive Arts Centre in Warsaw.

The project continues the Old Brewery New Dance for Kids – Dancing Families program realized by Art Stations Foundation by Grażyna Kulczyk from 2011 to 2021.

From 2020 to 2022, the program was held at Teatr Polski in Poznań; in 2023, at Teatr Ochoty (Jan and Halina Machulski Theatre) in Warsaw; and in 2024, at the Czesław Chruszczewski Municipal Public Library in Mieścisko.

The program at the Inclusive Arts Centre in Warsaw is part of the Common Playing Fields project by Fundacja Teatr 21, funded by the City of Warsaw under the “Diverse Warsaw” program.Since 2024, Dancing Families has taken place at the Gdańsk City Culture Institute as part of the “Spaces of Art – Dance” program, funded by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, and implemented by the National Institute of Music and Dance.
